Hello, we are a couple living in a new-built terraced house which is a three stories 4 bedroom house in city centre. There are two double bedrooms on 2nd floor for lodgers. One is occupied by a female professional.

The kitchen is on the ground floor and there is dining area and a toilet as well. At the back is a relatively large garden. We are living on the first floor. The 2nd floor has two double bedroom with a shared bathroom. One bedroom is already occupied by a female. So we only take another female for the other room.
