I have a spare double room available (error on selecting live in landlord - I have my LL’S permission to sublet) from 31st September. It’s fully furnished with a double bed including a full length mirror, a study desk, bed side table and plenty of storage as well as a storage box and underbed storage. Living room is spacious slightly different than the pic as I now have a TV. Available for short term let.
15-20 minutes walk to New Street.
10 minutes to UCB.
There are two local tescos within 5 minutes walking. There’s tons of local cafes and amenities within walking distance. Excellent access to the city centre.
Preferably someone who is working but students are welcome to enquire.
