Hello! We're looking for a new flatmate to come and live with us in Tooting Bec.

The room is a good size and has lots of cupboard and clothes spaces with double bed.

The living room is large and where we relax most of the time when we're home.

The bathroom is shared with one other - shower, bath, toilet, sink etc. Really big space for just two to use.

The kitchen has all the amenities you'd want including a fridge freezer, oven, washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher plus a load of space for your things.

The flat is double-locked entry so good security and is literally two minutes walk from Tooting Bec underground station which is the Northern Line.

The rent is currently 630 pm. Bills and internet work out to be between 70-80 pm. Deposit is 6 weeks rent sorted out with estate agents when you sign etc. (All that good stuff!)

Flatmates are Jonny and Nadia, 31 and 32. Both laid-back, and friendly and currently working in education and research.

Lots of local amenities including gym five minutes away, and supermarkets (Lidl, Sainsbury's, Tesco) five mins away, plus pub(s) two minutes away. There are also a lot of restaurants and Tooting Market to explore.
