There is a huge garden accessible through the living room which is great to host barbecues in the summer!

The house is within a quick reach (7-minute walk) to Balham station and Balham High Road, which has all the major shops like Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Aldi, Tesco Express, Boots etc. There's also a small library and a post office just off the main road, as well as a health centre and a gym (Balham Leisure Centre) just 2-3 min. walk from the house. Tooting Bec Common, a beautiful park is just a 5-minute walk from the house as well.
