- Fully furnished room, private & spacious enough for 2 desks (we’ve been working since March with no issues)
- 10/10 housemates! Living with 6x kiwis (3 couples) in a 4 bedroom house & all very social (range from 26-28). Definitely made our lockdown fun with all our housemate activities.
- House includes a pool table :D, private garden, lounge room, lots of extra storage.
- Only a few mins walk to local amenities - various supermarkets and Wandsworth, Tooting Bec and Clapham Common
- Length of stay is flexible but ideally minimum 3-6 months.

Rent is only £1035 per month (bills are £45 each) for couples or open to singles also!
