We are currently a house of 4 friends who met on spareroom in September, Sadly due to personal circumstance changing, I need to move out.

Erik, Liv and Ryan are the current housemates who no doubt you will love. They are each working from home due to covid (all working in our own rooms except Liv who uses the office as she has the smallest bedroom) so we hardly see each other during the day on weekdays. Erik and Ryan are both management consultants and Liv is a CBT therapist, working whilst further studying CBT at King's.

We're a social bunch and looking for a second girl to fill my spot in the house. (The two guy/two girl combo worked really well for us) We would often hang out watching movies or tv series, running some fun come dine with me nights, getting very competitive while playing board games or just finding fun ways to keep ourselves entertained while on lockdown.

When not on lockdown, we enjoy going to the pub for a roast dinner, few drinks on the weekends (some late nights) and of course all dying to go to festivals and travel again.

Let me tell you little about the beautiful spacious oasis (bedroom on the third floor):
- Located on the third floor away from all other housemates rooms.
- Private En-suite which includes a luxury bath, separate shower, heated towel rack and toilet/sink.
- The room also has a beautiful Juliet balcony which opens up onto a quiet residential street
- The room is spacious and comes with a fitted wardrobe and double bed

Enough about the room and housemates, here is a little info on the house itself:

1 Snug/date room ( the only other room on the same floor as your bedroom)

Parking available right outside the house (you just need to buy a council permit)

In general, It's a very fun, chill, clean and tidy house.
They are keen to get someone in who is friendly, social and likes to chill out together but is also comfortable doing their own thing.
