Hey!

We’re currently a house of four friends (who met on Spareroom in Sept), but sadly will be losing one of the girls due to a few changes to personal circumstances 😟.

Alas, she needs to move on and will be sorely missed. That said, we’re looking for somebody to fill her social shoes on the top floor (en-suite) of our beautiful home in Balham!

Erik, Liv and I are all 26 and working from home due to COVID at the minute. Erik and I are both Management Consultants and Liv is a CBT therapist, working whilst studying at King’s for her CBT course.

The house is by far the best place I’ve had in four years of living in London, and is 5 minutes from Balham and Clapham South - close enough to go for a run in the common or pop out to the shops (also 5 mins) whenever you need something.

We’re a sociable bunch and looking for a second girl to fit in with us when we’re watching a series on tv, running a weird / fun twist of come dine with me, or finding other ways to keep ourselves entertained during lockdown (drinking jenga probably the best idea so far).

Outside of lockdown we enjoy hitting up the local pubs for a roast or thirsty Thursday drink, and can’t wait until we’re able to travel and head to a festival again.
