Looking for someone to take over my double room in Balham. I’m moving in with my partner but this flat has been a home during a stressful year!

The room is super bright and fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers so it's all set-up for you. The big bay window is a perfect wfh spot, desk will be left behind.

The biggest perk of this flat is the shared garden (rarely used by neighbours) which has a picnic bench for summer BBQs.

The flat has a perfect location for transport links and Tooting Common is right around the corner for your lockdown escapes. Balham has an unreal selection of brunch options for you to hit up when things are open again.

You’ll be sharing with Fionnuala from Ireland who is currently studying for her Masters in Global Mental Health. She is studying from home due to lockdown. She would like kind, empathetic flatmates who want to create new friendships and spend time together as a flat. She is an easygoing person who enjoys a good chat and is always down for a movie night.

Wandsworth also has the lowest council tax in the country, so all bills (wifi, water, council tax, gas, electricity) amount to an average of £70-£80 each per month.
