Hello! We have a lovely south facing large double bedroom with en suite and balcony, available in our cosy and friendly semi-detached house, just minutes from Tooting Bec tube station on the Northern Line.

This room is a great size on the second floor, with its own bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and sink on the same floor. It comes furnished, with a double bed, 2 x side tables, and built in wardrobe, but there’s plenty of space to add your own desk, or TV unit.

Our lovely housemate Seph is moving out to start a new chapter of her life, so you will be sharing the house with 2 of us, Nick and Lucy. We’re a relaxed house and like to hang out for the odd meal/drink/walk/boardgame, as well as maintaining our individual social lives. We both work from home at the moment, there's plenty of space in the rooms and downstairs too, I work in software (EdTech) and Nick works as an architect. We're friendly and easy going.

The house has a fantastic large dining/living room that opens out to the garden. A separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The garden is a lovely space to hangout in the summer time and have a BBQ or three! There is an attic and under-the-stairs storage too if required. However you will find plenty of storage space in your bedroom.

The rent is £800 pcm (excluding bills).

We pay £900 pcm to cover the bills. We over pay a bit to cover winter months when the bills are higher. When the time comes to move on, the excess in the joint account is split three way between the current tenants and we start from fresh again.
