I’m in a search of a flatmate for my Brixton flat.

It is a ground floor garden flat in a Victorian conversion. The flat is spacious and homely with a large open plan kitchen area, large living room, plenty of storage space and large back garden which is great for BBQs and drinks. The garden is SW facing so it gets plenty of sun throughout the day.

The room is a small double (3.4 m x 2.1 m) with access to the garden. The bed is a small double.

There are garden spaces and parks nearby, 10 min walk to Brockwell park, 15 min walk to Clapham Common and also Tooting Common.

The flat is 20 minutes walk from Brixton station and 1 min walk from a bus stop which takes you directly to the station. On the other side it’s a 15 min walk to Streatham Hill overground station and also a 12 min walk to Clapham North station.

Within minutes walk there is a good range of bars, pubs and restaurants, gyms, and shops in Brixton & Streatham.

About me: I’m Polish and I've lived in London for 15 years. I’m a scientist and work for a biotech startup. The flat is a social place. When not in lockdown, I often invite friends over for dinners and parties. I like all the usual things: music, sport, travelling, bit of cooking and last year I also started gardening.

The room is available from end of August but can be viewed from 24th July.
