We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely house! It's a very sociable, warm and nice house.
Balham is a great area to live in. There are many pubs, bars, restaurants, markets, parks and so on. The house is only 5 min walk to Balham tube and train station and close to many bus stops. We’re all professionals, hanging out together, also respecting each other’s personal space. We have a huge living room and garden!!
Clean and tidy (please don't fake it) respectful and friendly flatmates welcome! (yes please!) we are 2 women and one man and looking for another male to join us.
Bills are approximately £55 in summer time and it increase to £75-£80 in winter depending on usage including council tax. We also have a TV licence ;))
