Hi,

I'm subletting my room for a few months while abroad (quite flexible on the exact dates). The house (terraced) is located in a very quiet street, a short walk (5-10 minutes) from Brixton station and 5 minutes from Brockwell park, it has a massive double living room and a wonderful kitchen with a dishwasher, a brand new bathroom, and a lovely back garden.
The room is really, really spacious and has two large windows, wooden floor, double bed, desk, and a sofa (can send you a video on whatsapp).
The other housemates are all professional (civil service, mental health charity, art gallery) and are really lovely and enjoyable people.

Rent is £700 (all bills included)

(This should go without saying but obviously the new housemate must be covid-conscious and follow the guidelines to keep the rest of the house safe)
