Hi there, after my son moved out nearly 2 years ago I’ve decided to rent out one or more of my spare rooms, I’ve not worked for a while due to a motorcycle accident and could do with some help paying the mortgage, I’m a very laid back easy going kinda guy with a gsoh who doesn’t take life too seriously, especially after my accident as life’s too short and your only here once right! although I’m very happy on my own and have enjoyed having my own space since getting divorced I’m sure I can remember how to play nice with others, talking of playing with others I have a dog who’s nearly 12 months old so if that’s an issue maybe this is not your kinda place, as my dog is now house trained 😬🤞I’ve decided to paint ✅ and replace all the carpets in the house which I’m doing now (pic of dog on new stair carpet attached), for this reason anyone with pets needs to make sure there house trained as I’m not made of money and laying these carpets is taking me ages!! I only put the others down a month before I got him unfortunately 🤣 as I’m removing all furniture from the bedrooms to recarpet I may be willing to move into one of the smaller rooms and rent out the larger too instead, I’m eventually considering renting the whole house out so I can go traveling but wanted to do it this way first, having a base here to come back to seems sensible, Any other questions please contact me on the number provided, I will be adding more photos sporadically throughout the day
