This room is for 6 months minimum stay and I am really looking for someone who wants to stay for many years in my family home. This is a corner family house. Not a flat. Bastable Avenue, Barking IG11 so look it up on your satnav. I do not permit 2 people sharing one room, whether they are a couple, 2 friends or brother and sister. Sorry about that.
There is a spare bed in your room so your family or friends can stay for £10 per night per person to cover extra use of electricity, gas for them using shower and extra cooking required as all bills are included. Visitors are not permitted after 8pm to avoid unpaid stayers. You can come and go as you wish.
This is a family home so due to covid prevention only the person moving in can view the room. Do not send anyone else. Am I near your work or university?
Weekly cleaning rota to clean passage, stairs, kitchen, bathroom. Keep shoes in porch. Very clean house. You must have one month rent and one month deposit before contacting me. Share kitchen and bathroom. Lodger agreement. No couples. CCTV, House alarm, Fire alarm. No agents. Working professionals preferred. All bills are included. Mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hanging wardrobe. I offer two free washes per week using my washing machine. Free Wi-fi Internet. Sorry no free parking here. CPZ TH 7 days 830 to 530pm. If you have a car you need to buy a parking permit from the council as it is not free to park on my road. Parking permit starts from 36 pounds per year. Sky TV in the bedroom (free channels only).
You will need to provide the following photocopies to give to me before moving in: passport, full UK driving licence, EEA Identity Card, work or university acceptance letter- provide their email, 3 months recent bank statements, 3 months recent payslips, previous landlords reference- provide their email address. I can not make any photocopies as I do not have a photocopier or printer. Scanned or emailed copies are not accepted as hard copies are required to file away. Monthly payments by bank standing order or bank transfer on 1st of each month. Cash not permitted as proof on bank account is required for both of us. Ready to move in straight away.
