Hi there
THIS ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MONDAY EVENING TO FRIDAY MORNING
Please read down to end and if you are interested, please contact me with enough information about yourself i. e., where you will be staying on weekends, why you are requiring a weekday room, where you be working or studying in London, how long you would be needing the room for, would you need to work from home etc. Please include as much information about yourself as you can. It would be appreciated and save time going back and forth.
I am looking for a person wishing a quiet environment from a MONDAY EVENING to a FRIDAY MORNING, whilst working in London. This room is for someone who ALREADY HAS THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION outside of these days.
Please note -this accommodation is not suited for working at home during the day.
Barnes is a charming, peaceful and safe village area with an easy commute to Hammersmith where you have the Piccadilly, District, Circle and the Hammersmith & City tube lines.
Barnes has 2 train stations - Barnes where you can get to Clapham Junction in 9 minutes and Barnes Bridge which heads in to Richmond and beyond.
There are buses outside which go to Richmond - 15-20 minutes away (passing Barnes Bridge and Mortlake train stations) and to Barnes Station; and Hammersmith.
I am friendly and respectful and are looking for the same in a house mate.
Proof of your main address is required + first and last months rent in advance i. e., 2 months rent before/at move in.
I am vaccinated and boosted.
Looking forward to hearing from you :)
Best
