I am a designer by profession. My son has shared with me for 18 months but is moving out. I need an easy going person. The room has a private bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen. I love the arts/design/music/etc so a creative person would be fun but not essential. I have four kids - all grown up who tell me I am nicely cool and not a dull old guy. But older I am so if thats a problem then this flat is not for you. I like a glass of wine and good tv. Sport is my passion. I will not want parties in the flat simply as it would be dull to clean up etc. No friends allowed to stay overnight but ok with having friends in your room occasionally. Small garden at back for sunbathing. plus great location for shops only 50metres away. M&S and COOK are both right there!
