Hi, I have a single room in a 4 bed sunny flat in South West London SW13, Barnes. A lovely quiet place by the River Thames. The nearest tube station is Hammersmith. Nearest rail is Barnes Bridge.

This maisonette occupies the 2nd & 3rd floor of a block of apartments with a safe secure entrance and huge communal gardens. Sun floods into all of the rooms and there are lovely views of green spaces. Barnes is close to central London yet has a residential ‘village atmosphere”. It is quiet, safe and leafy. Imagine being able to jog along the riverbank moments from your doorstep!
 
The rooms are equipped with a bed, double door wardrobe, three drawer chest and a desk/chair. A set of towels/bed linens/duvet and bathrobes are also provided.
 
The other sharers always keep the flat clean and tidy. There is good WiFi, all white appliances ( Fridge/Freezer, washing machine, cooker, microwave etc), kitchenware, tableware, and cutlery. I like to keep the property well maintained.
 
You will share the kitchen / bathroom with Japanese, Italian and Lithuanian, three young females. The kitchen is “Breakfast room” style, so there is enough space to socialize with other flat mates.
 
The room will only suit non smoking and non partying female. I’m of Japanese heritage and live very close by. 🙏
 
Rent for a single room is £109 week/£474 a month, including all bills, deposit is same as a monthly rent. Deposit will be protected with Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

It is about 20~25 minutes on foot from Hammersmith tube station and 10~15 minutes on foot to Barnes and Barnes Bridge train stations.

There is bus 533 round journey to Hammersmith Station every 10 minutes. It stops at the front of the flat via the Chiswick Bridge.
 
There is also a 419 bus to Richmond and Roehampton.

Hammersmith Station has Piccadilly/Circle/District/H'smith & City Line, and is adjacent to the main bus terminal. Shopping is really convenient with so much choice around Hammersmith, including supermarkets such as Tesco and M & S, and restaurants around the station.

There are many nice shops and a pond around Barnes Green along with M & S and Sainsbury on the High Street.
