House-share for a really lovely;
- 2 bedroom house (one very big room/one decent sized room), - a big dining room (overlooking the garden),
- kitchen (with washing machine/big fridge/lots of cupboards), (there is even a little pantry)

- and a nice sized living room (with a gas fireplace).

- The house has a really picturesque little garden too (with a shed), and a nice little patio area, offering great views.


- It's located on Coronation Avenue, situated just up from Moorland Road, which is really great for a student, as it has lots of local shops and amenities, with easy access to the city center.


- The rent split down the middle, would be £575 each, which I know is kind of pricey but that's unfortunately Bath for you.

- Bills wise, the house runs on an electric meter and gas, water, Internet, TV license has all been set up.

- I've been living here for few months now, and I don't think the cost between two people would be very much at all.
(Plus Council Tax is free for students)
