Single bed room available in a 3 bed student flat.

I am planning to move out of my room at the end of March and need someone to take over my tenancy.

The tenancy is until the end of september with opportunity to renew once it ends.

The room is a well light single bed with a desk, bedside table and cupboard. There is no wardrobe however, there is room for both a chest of draws and/or clothing rack.

The flat itself is a 5 minute walk from the city centre and 2 minute walk from a coop and bus stop. It has a large shared bathroom with shower/bath and a joint kitchen living room with a breakfast bar, sofa and arm chairs.

The current roommates are students at Bath Spa and are very friendly and welcoming.

The flat is available before the set date on the ad as I intend to move out asap.

This would be suitbale for anyone wanting a relatively cheap place to live that has excellent connections to the city centre and is in a nice, peaceful area of bath.
