I am currently a 1st year student at Bath Spa University looking to let my room to a new tenant starting September 2019. The room is a classic ensuite with a private ensuite bathroom, three-quarter sized bed, study space with a desk and chair, and plenty of storage. It also comes with a shared large lounge and kitchen area. Charlton Court is perfect for 1st year Uni students but is also available to 2nd and 3rd years as well! It also comes with Wi-Fi (also an Ethernet cable for those with PC's) and 24/7 on-site security. 5 minutes down the road you can find a large Lidl store, Pet's at Home and Hobbycraft. A little further down is McDonald's, M&S and a Tesco Express! The U5 to Bath Spa and the 5 to the City Center stop right outside the accommodation too!
