Starting the new year until June 31st. Double bedroom in three bed property located in Twerton basically just opposite McDonald’s and M&S food hall. Less than a 5 minute walk to Lidl and Locksbrook campus.
Located on the U2 and U6 bus route, and easy access to the U5. Regular transport into town using the 5 which runs every ten minutes.
Rent is £480 a month and bills are £60 through a bill splitting service called huddle. Double bedroom is above the kitchen and next to the bathroom which has a bath with a shower. Room boasts white furniture from Ikea which look new. I can take more photos if needed.
Housemates are two friendly girls both studying at Bath Spa University, one on main campus and the other at Locksbrook but welcoming to students from University of Bath!
The house is detached but the neighbours are super friendly and have even offered me lifts in the past!
