I've got one room available in a 3 bedroom house in Oldfield Park, for £500 a month and about £45-50 for bills (including good wifi). The rent and bills for September are already paid for. There is also free parking on the road and a spacious private garden. Two fun, friendly Bath Spa girls (19 & 20) living there who have both been at the uni for a year, but are going back into first year due to changing courses. Anyone welcome (male or female, any year of uni). The house has bus stops right outside of it and there are pubs/shops very close by. The bedroom has a double bed, desk & clothes storage. Can get a video or more photos if required.
