I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 4 bedroom house as I am no longer at university. The house is with 3 other males, all at Bath Spa in their third year.

The room is a small double (not box room), with desk, wardrobe and bedside table.

There is on street parking, a good sized garden, living room and separate kitchen, 1 shower/bath.

Everyone is down to earth, and all round lovely people and friendly.
