I am looking for a lodger for a comfortable, clean double room at the top of my home. It is very private, as it is the loft area, and has an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage. (The rent for a couple would be £625 per month.)

There is unlimited wifi, a washer-dryer and an off-street parking space available for you. The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a lovely, spacious walk-in wardrobe, an armchair and footstool, a small desk with a desk chair and two bed-side cabinets. I also have a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for you to share. Please note that there isn't a shared living room, but the room itself has a seating area, space for a TV and a desk/ dining space.

There is a butcher, a Chinese takeaway and a little Waitrose shop within metres of the house, and you can walk into Midsomer Norton or Radstock within 10 minutes to access local shops, cafes and a great gym and pool. There are lots of lovely pubs nearby. The house is also perfect for accessing Bath, Bristol and Wells and is on the main bus route. It is also within walking distance of the route 24 cycle path to Bath.

I'm very friendly and welcoming, but I am also very respectful of other people's privacy and space. My boyfriend stays with me at the weekend, but works away during the week.
