Double bedroom with an ensuite in a 2-bedroom flat for a short-term let in a charming Victorian property on a quiet residential street.

The double bedroom has wooden floors, a large jute rug and looks onto the private patio with a newly installed shower room with tiled marble underfloor heating. There is plenty of storage and the bed is a super comfortable King size Vi-Spring brand with duvet and pillows if required due to the short letting arrangement.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the flat which is often called a tardis as it's so spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a large kitchen so each person has their own privacy.

The residential area is close to Clapham Junction with all the amenities as well as a few minutes walk to Battersea Square which is a very sweet little place where locals hangout. On from the square is the river and Battersea Park.

About myself - I've been living here for 7 years and although I rent, certainly a place I call home. I'm respectful of people's own space as well as enjoying good company and a natter at the end of the day with a tea or a glass of wine. I like to live in an environmentally-friendly way and have priced the room to offer a place in a good location to those who may also like to live like this.

Bills
The landlord requires £240 per week for the room then we would split the bills. I like to be fairly economical with energy usage whilst living comfortably so hope to find someone on this wavelength.
Car permit available from Wandsworth council via main account as would be second car on policy.

Rough monthly bill breakdown is about £185 each. Flat is Band D council tax in Battersea, Wandsworth.

There is the option to work from home in the shared sitting room space as jobs like mine are hybrid.

I'm available most mornings (before 8am) and evenings for in-person and virtual viewings, weekends also.
