Due to my work contract being extended on the other side of London I am moving out my lovely house share in Clapham Junction, so there is now a double room available. We have a deal with the landlord direct so there is NO AGENT FEES. Just a deposit of £1000.

The room:
The room is a large double on the second floor with plenty of natural light. It has a wardrobe/closet, a large set of drawers and shelves so there’s plenty of storage space.

The house:
You’ll be sharing with 4 other people but the house is so big you wouldn’t think so. Spread over 3 floors, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a big lounge room, seperate kitchen (with washer, dryer and dish washer) and private garden which has been great for BBQs during the summer.

Costs:
Rent is £805 including the following bills:
Council tax, all utilities, cleaner (every 2 weeks), unlimited broadband and all household essentials including shared kitchen essentials

The house is on a quiet street that’s just 6 minutes from Clapham Junction station (overground line) and just off Northcote Rd. 7 minute direct train to Waterloo and 8 minute train to Victoria provides great connections all over London.

We’re 5 minutes walk from the Wandsworth Common, 10 minutes from Clapham Common and 1 minute from Northcote Rd which has everything you need from bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, hair dressers, Waitrose, Co-op, LIDL, M&S etc. Close to buses with connections to Brixton, Peckham, Tooting and central London. You’re basically 10 minutes of anywhere you need to be.

House mates:
You’ll be sharing with 2 girls and 2 guys (Mix of Australian, British, Greek). They all work regular full time hours from health to architecture. We all get along and often spend time catching up for dinners/drinks, watching TV, exploring London, BBQs in the summer, fires in the garden during Autumn, and games nights.

About you:
Basically we’re after someone who is friendly, easy going and respectful. We’re all quite chill and are not looking for a party house.

Move in dates:
