We are looking for a new flat mate to join our home in Battersea. The flat is shared with 3 women between the ages of 23-25, all young professionals. We’re relaxed but social bunch and treat the flat very much as a home, so we’d love to find a like-minded person who would like to do the same.
We usually spend time in the flat together relaxing, cooking, watching TV together or sharing a bottle of wine.

The flat is situated right across from Battersea park, with both Battersea Park station and Queenstown Road a 5-10 minute walk away. Clapham junction and Clapham Common are also within walking distance. Chelsea is easily accessible just over the river. From the flat you have great access to transport links and bus routes right outside.

The room is a large room with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving. The flat has an open living room space, large kitchen and two bathrooms.

Most bills are included with rent, with the exception of a few which usually come to about £30 a month.
The move in date is flexible and can be discussed.
