This room is ONLY suitable for a single person, we cannot accept couples unfortunately.

There is NO sitting room, but the kitchen has a table in it where the flatmates socialise with each other and friends.

The flatmates are all friendly professionals in their 20's who work hard and keep a nice tidy flat. They often socialise in the kitchen and have meals together etc.
