The Apartment and Flat
This is a two bedroom fully furnished apartment with neutral and contemporary décor throughout. The flat comprises of two bedrooms and a separate fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room. All rooms look over a very wide, tree lined Avenue and are flooded with natural day light throughout the day. The shared bathroom is fully tiled with removable shower over the bath and plenty of storage space. The apartment has recently been equipped with facilities for working from home.
The flat itself is secure with friendly neighbours and has 24 hr CCTV. The block has a lift that easily gets you and heavy luggage from the ground floor to the flat
The Room
The comfortable single bedroom is a good size and was recently refurbished with new fittings and furniture. It is suitable for someone who needs to live and sleep in central London, with their own separate space and window overlooking London life.

High speed wireless Internet broadband with unlimited downloads!! Excellent for working from home.
Bills: electricity, gas, water, internet broadband and council tax are not included.

The apartment is situated in one of the best areas in London (Zone 1) 5 mins from Italian Gardens in Hyde Park and Little Venice. Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station for London Underground, National Rail and Heathrow Express are just up the road and can be reached within 5 mins on foot. Bayswater, Queensway and Edgeware Road Stations can also be reached within a 10-15 min walk.
The apartment is situated on a very safe street and neighbourhood close to several hotels, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. Sainsbury's in Paddington, Tesco and Waitrose in Queensway and the street market near Edgware Road are all within a 10min walk.
Oxford Street can also be easily reached at a leisurely pace.
TFL Santander bicycles are available just a stone’s throw away from the apartment building.
The flat mate
You will be sharing the apartment with one other tenant. He is a young, multilingual professional working full time in real estate development. He is clean, outgoing, respectful, tidy, quiet and minds his own business. Usually he is out of the flat; however, working conditions during this pandemic have changed for him. He enjoys his own space and privacy but at the same time would be happy to share the occasional glass of wine and debate on numerous topics.
You, the new tenant
I am looking for a young professional who would like to live in this area for an affordable price. The new tenant needs to be respectful, clean and tidy, outgoing and a non-smoker. Pets are not allowed. The tenant is expected to help in the upkeep of the apartment to keep it immaculate. Your tenancy can range from one week (first week in July) to beginning of September.
Rent and availability
This room is supposed to be rented at £850 per month + bills. However, as I require a tenant to move in soon, I am going to cover part of the expenses, so please get in touch.
Security Deposit is £900 (this is refundable and may be adjusted depending on the duration of the tenancy). Move in date flat is available now short and long lets welcome. Minimum stay 3 months – maximum stay 1 year 3 months.
