We’ve got 2 rooms available (one en-suite) in a large light 3 bed apartment in a beautiful red brick mansion block in Paddington a few minutes walk from the canals and Warwick Avenue/Paddington/Edgware road tube stations. The apartment is top floor with large windows so has bags of light and is quiet, and a large kitchen and separate massive living/dining room.

2 of us are moving out at the same time coincidentally, one of us is moving to work remotely out of London and the other is moving into a friends apartment in a different part of London. Eileen is the remaining flatmate (she’s lovely!), she works full time mon-fri, currently working from home. We’ve had a really nice atmosphere in the flat and often cook or watch TV together, but at the same time also do our own thing, so are keen to keep the relaxed friendly vibe with the new flatmates :-) this is a real home to live in and not just a room crammed into a flat through an agency!

Room 1 is en-suite (with a massive bath!), it has lots of built in wardrobes. It comes furnished. This room is available immediately. Rent is £1040 per month. As I've moved out already and paid the rent for august I'm offering free rent for the remainder of the month.

Room 2 is a really large bedroom overlooking a school at the back of the property so dead quiet at evenings and weekends. It's available from around 17th august. Rent is £905 per month

Bills aren't included and are around £100 per person per month
