We are looking for a couple or single to fill the second room in our lovely Bayswater flat.

The flat is a fifth floor apartment with large bedrooms and good sized living area and kitchen. We have central heating and the flat stays warm all year round. The main windows are South-West facing and we get plenty of natural light.

The room is very spacious with a wardrobe and drawers included and plenty of space to put a desk as well (the desk pictured is not included).

The location is great, within 5 mins walk of 3 supermarkets and within 10 minute walk of District, Central, Hammersmith & City, and Circle lines. We are only 10 minutes walk from Hyde Park which is amazing for walking/jogging and picnics, and also within easy walking distance to Kensington High Street, Paddington Station, Little Venice, and Notting Hill.

We deal with a private landlord who is hands-off but happy to get things fixed or replaced quickly. The flat is fully furnished with everything you'd normally expect. £1000 includes all bills including internet and council tax.

We are a Kiwi couple in our late 20s who have been living in London for a year. We're both working from home at the moment, and usually in the city. We're tidy and like doing our own thing but would enjoy getting together for dinners, drinks, picnics, games nights etc.
