What I’m Looking For:

• A working professional female who can share the council tax, working from home up to 2-3 days a week.
• Regular routine, able to stay quiet after 10 PM, no frequent late nights, and no noisy cooking or activities in the living room at night (this is the most important!).
• Keeps the common areas (living room, kitchen) clean and disposes of trash in a timely manner.
• No bringing males home, but occasional visits from friends are okay (up to once a month).
• No smoking.
