I have a lovely spacious double room available to rent in my family home. The room is over 30m2 and situated on the second floor offering privacy from the rest of the house. It is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk/dressing table, TV, armchair and tastefully decorated. The room has an en suite shower room. There is a shared landing equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and storage plus hanging for coats. Both rooms have far reaching views across the Dorset countryside.

You would also have the use of my well equipped kitchen, with Aga, and washing machine/tumble drier. I have off street parking in my driveway.

Chedington is a picturesque village of 30 houses within 5 miles of both Beaminster and Chedington. Both towns have doctors, pharmacy and range of shops including a Waitrose and Lidl in Crewkerne and two excellent restaurants in Beaminster. Chedington has a village hall which hosts weekly yoga sessions and an excellent village pub. Chedington is under 30 minutes drives from both Yeovil and Dorchester. There are excellent local walks directly from the village.

The rooms include all bills with unlimited hi speed broadband. I provide two sets of bedding per room..

I live with my two sons, George (17) and Tommy (14). I work in Taunton and the boys are at private school near Sherborne. We also have a dog called Peggy. We usually start the day around 7am, during the week, and are around most evenings.

I keep a clean and (fairly) tidy home so looking for people who like to do the same!
