We have a very spacious double room available for viewing now with a move-in date of 31 May or 1 Jun 2021.
The flat is just a short 15 min walk from Bermondsey station and a 30 min walk or short bus ride to Tower Bridge & London Bridge! Just over a 20 minute walk to Bermondsey High Street with plenty of shopping, cafes, and pubs as well.

Monthly bills are an additional £100 to be shared with one other male professional. He is a clean, tidy, respectful, kind and considerate person working in finance. He is also a non-smoker, sociable, and friendly. You will have complete privacy and your own space. However, if you ever wish to socialise & have a drink after a long day at work, he is always keen for a chat and a glass of wine :)

The current flatmate occupying the room is myself, but I will be re-locating to Kent at the end of May. The room comes furnished with a super fast BT broadband. Property is situated in a quiet, peaceful, and tree-lined neighbourhood and is a short walk from super stores (ASDA and Big Tesco), as well as trendy bars, pubs, and cafes. The flat has a secure entrance with an answer phone. Looking for someone who will keep the kitchen & bathroom clean and tidy at all times after use. There’s a bicycle shed for those who have bikes (provided by the agency at a nominal cost) Permitted parking available for residents.
