Hi!

We have a double room with an ensuite available in our house in Canada Water. It's a newly refurbished 6 bedroom house with a utility room, an extended kitchen and a living room so plenty of space for all! The room itself is on the top floor and has a double bed, three sets of drawers, a full sized cupboard, sofa, and an extra storage pocket on one side.

About us: We are 5 young professionals (3 guys, 2 girls) from various places and since one of our housemates is moving, we are looking for a clean and friendly individual to join the house. We have a nice common space so there's always someone around for a chat / Netflix marathon in the evenings.
We don't have a fixed availability date in mind. We would need enough time for the landlord to carry out background checks before you move in but are otherwise flexible.

The house is a 2 min walk to Rotherhithe overground station and 7 mins from Canada Water (Jubilee). There are plenty of local shops and a Tesco Extra 10-15mins walk away. The surrounding area also has lots of quirky pubs, an ecological park, and Southwark Park (10mins).
