We have a double room available ASAP.

The house is in Bermondsey on Camilla Street, close to supermarkets and maybe 12 mins walk from Bermondsey Tube Station. The house is fully furnished with all the regular appliances and amenities including a washer/dryer, dishwasher and wifi (all bills included). The bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and custom fitted wardrobes. There are two sets of stairs that take you up to the flat from the ground floor and no lift so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

The flat has three other bedrooms, which are all upstairs and we all share a large bathroom which is used by the girls in the household.

There is currently 1 professional and 2 master post-graduates living in the house, and we’re looking for someone chill, clean and who respects the space and tidies up after themselves. One of the flatmates works the occasional late shift so not always around, while the other works 9-6 pm from home and occasionally the office.

Available from the 6th November and the landlord is happy for us to pick someone.

£775 rent per month including all bills electric/water/council tax/tv licence/internet.
