Looking for someone to take over my lovely room. It’s a south-facing double room with a small balcony overlooking Greenland Quay. It stays cool in the summer with a nice breeze and is very cozy in the winter, filled with natural sunlight.
The flat is a 6 bedroom shared home across 2 floors, featuring a large, bright living room and kitchen, also facing the quay. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. All flatmates are friendly and respectful people work in arts.
Please note that the room is next to the living room, so it can occasionally be a bit noisy, but everyone is very mindful.
Bills are quite manageable at around £100 per month. The flat also has a dishwasher and dryer.
