a single bedroom will be opening up near Canada water Station.
It is located near a huge shopping mall with tesco and small local sainsbury approximately 5 to 10 minutes walk; away. very close to the tube station around 5 minutes walk which runs jubilee line and overground.

the bedroom will be fully furnished with chairs bed and wardrobe etc(seen in the picture). currently there are mix of female and male, there will be 2 male and 1 female around the age of 23 to 30. there aren't any age or sex categories you require to meet.

however you wont be allowed to smoke or have pets within this flat.

all bills are included with the rent which is 620 per month .(really nothing else is hidden)
with deposit of 3 weeks rent, there will be minimum stay of 3 month and 3 weeks notice prior to leaving.
