Hey!
If you are looking for somewhere super close to the local amenities, great bars and pubs and the fantastic Victoria Park (30-second walk), then this is the perfect place to be. The address also boasts excellent links to the city, including many bus services and underground/overground stations only a few minutes walk away. This is all for a great price of 636pcm (bills not included).
The flat:
It is bright and airy and looked after well by all that live here. There is a large living room and multiple extremely comfy sofas. There is also a balcony facing lots of foliage - perfect for a smoke or even a drink on a warm evening. The flat also holds heat very well over colder periods and is cool in the summer - there is double glazing throughout. Usually, a cleaner comes to give it a deep clean every two weeks too (currently in the midst of employing a new cleaner).
The room:
The room is cosy but boasts huge bay windows which let in the lovely East London sun. With this, there is a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe included. It's perfect for somebody who either wants to put their stamp on it and stay long term or somebody who is eager to find a place in the bustling London market quickly.
The flatmates:
There are currently three other flatmates living in the property - Kresh, Brian and Ash - who are all guys aged between 28 and 31 and are young professionals. They are all lovely guys who are extremely sociable and always up for going out for a drink or chilling and watching some Netflix together. You can also find many, many board games that the lads are more than happy to play. Also, the household enjoys spending Tuesday evenings at the local pub quiz, a staple of any East London week.
The boring stuff:
Rent for the room is £636pcm with bills coming to around £90pcm (including council tax, electricity, gas and water, TV licence and a plethora of TV/movie subscriptions to choose from).
Deposit for the room is £650 paid directly to myself. You will also pay for the remaining days of the current month, but this amount is dependent on the date you decide to move in.
Ideally, the moving in date is ASAP but can be flexible.
Please text on WhatsApp or leave a message here. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions!
Thanks,
Ellis
