Hi there,
I have two large bedrooms to rent in central London, N1.

The house is located in a friendly area safe for commute and has convenient transportation.

5 mins to the nearest bus station.
10-minute walk to the Kings Cross station for multiple Underground and trains to Europe.
5 minutes to the Central Saint Martin.

We are looking for a roommate to stay for two rooms that are available for long-term contracts till 15 Sep 2025.

Room 1 is on the top floor, you will have your very private space. Not only with a warm bedroom with great daylight,
the laboratory to yourself and a separated study that can be used as a home office plus the bedroom as in the photo.

Room 2 is on the 1st floor, you will be staying in the main bedroom with two storage units that are very spacious.

Prefer female tenants only.

What would be sharing: A massive kitchen with many storage places. The washing machine is newly replaced with a drying function, a massive refrigerator, and a gas stove and oven.

It is a friendly house, not modern but cosy for students or professionals to stay where you can call home.

Bills are around 130 including council tax for winter, which is not included in the rent.

You will be signing the contract directly to the agent.
