Our flatmate is moving back home after finishing his PhD, so we are looking for someone to replace him in the contract.
The flat is very central, with the closest station being Oxford Circus. Goodge Street and Great Portland Street Stations are nearby as well. The flat is very well connected, with nearly all the major lines passing nearby,
There is a concierge available in the building 24/7 and the agency responsible for the flat is very good and responsive.
The flat is in a great location, large living room with a balcony (that can also be accessed from the bedroom), and a fully equipped kitchen.
The room is very spacious, fully furnished and with a built-in wardrobe.
You will be sharing with 2 young professionals (Spanish and Scottish). We are in the office most of the time, very organized and easy going. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with 1 person only.
