We are three UCL postgrads looking for someone to fill our spare room!

📍 Location: Our flat is a 15 minute walk from campus as well as a 10-minute walk from Great Portland Street station, Regent's Park station, and Euston station so has excellent transport links. We are also close to several supermarkets, pubs, and restaurants. Plus we are not even a 5-minute walk from Regent's Park.

💷 Rent: £1056/month + ~£30 for bills; the room is available from mid-April to mid-September. Security deposit is required

🏡Flat: We have 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a washing machine + dryer
