Hi,
I have a Double room to let in the B14 area of Birmingham.
The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a brand new kitchen/bathroom & nice garden.
Also the bedroom has new furniture
The Property is located close to good transport links to Birmingham city centre, Solihull, Redditch, Stratford upon Avon & Several Universities via Bus, train & M42 J3.
Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Pure Gym etc less than a mile.

I tend to work quite long hours & I occasionally work away therefore it will be quite a quiet house so would be ideal for someone who prefers peace & quiet.

I’m a friendly person & easy going. I like a tidy home but not obsessive. Some of my interests include fitness, walking/hiking, travelling & seeing new places.
I would like to share with an outgoing person who doesn’t mind socialising on the weekends from time to time. Ideally works/study full time.

I would potentially consider someone who only needs a few nights per week.
