I am looking for someone to take over my room in a student house on Alton Road (1 minute walk to the university campus and Tesco Garage). Preferably a student as there are 5 other student girls living in the house studying dentistry and biochemistry all in 4th year. The house is modern and clean and the tenants are lovely and friendly! The room would be the downstairs back of the house bedroom which is newly refurbished and modern and comes with a double bed and en-suite. The house is usually pretty quiet during the day as everyone is at university but people like cooking in the evenings together and enjoy watching movies and having takeaways on the weekends. The rent is extremely cheap for a double en-suite room in Selly oak at £115pw which works out at £498 a month with £28 a month bills on top. I am happy to lent the new flatmate my electric heater, blackout blind, wired booster giving excellent wifi speeds and beautifully hung fairy lights on the ceiling for the remainder of the tenancy (until 30th June 2022). My housemates are not picky on who moves in and are keen to get to know someone new! Anymore questions and please feel free to contact me.
