Hiya- looking for another girl to rent a lovely double room in the B14 area of Birmingham. The house is quite spacious, and has a really relaxed and cozy vibe- it's now ready for someone else to call it home!

The room itself has lots of natural light and a peaceful view of the garden. It has a bed already, and can be further furnished with desk, wardrobe, etc. depending on if you would like them or would prefer to bring your own things.

A bit about me - I'm 26, very friendly and easygoing 😊
I'm also tidy and respectful, and have a great group of girls in Brum already. We do things all the time like game nights, gigs, etc. so if you'd be interested you're more than welcome to join in. I also occasionally pet-sit so it would be ideal if you like animals!

The house is in a nice, quiet area near King's Heath, Solihull and surrounding areas. There are also great transport links, with the number 3 bus stop only around the corner and Yardley Train Station within walking distance.
