Hi there. Take a look at our friendly, relaxed house share - less than a 5 minute walk to Moseley village. . The room is £585 per month which includes gas and electric, wifi, use of the garden, living/dining room , kitchen, bathroom, (4 toilets in the house and 2 bathrooms), private secure parking at rear and reasonable use of washing machine . We all pull together to keep the house tidy and clean.
Friendly professional household with busy lives- the mix can change but at the moment the age range goes from 29 to 40ish and the live-in owner (me!) is pretty laid back , while keeping an eye on things.
The property is well located on the No. 50 bus route to town (buses every few minutes and a 10 minute journey to town centre) and is 5 minutes walk to vibrant Moseley village with its coffee shops, supermarkets, restaurants, private park, pubs and post office. The No. 1 bus route also leaves from the village and goes to the Five ways part of town near the night life of Broad Street. Then there is Kings Heath as the next village where you can pick up the No. 11 outer circle bus.
We’re also not too far from Birmingham University and the Queen Elizabeth hospital.
The ideal housemate would be working, a good team player, showing respect and consideration for the others, with a great sense of humour and sociable ( appreciating that we all need our own space at times!) In our current household our hours vary so there's not an issue with bathroom and kitchen.
It would be one months notice either way when you move on.
