The house is in a cul-de-sac and is an Edwardian villa, built in 1908, in the Arts & Crafts style.

The room is a large double room at the front of the house, 15 feet x 15 feet, and has a dormer window (see photos 8 and 9) with double glazing, making it quiet and warm. The window is east facing and gets the sun in the morning.

There is a new double-bed in the room and all the furniture is new.

On the ground floor there is a new kitchen, sitting room, toilet, conservatory, garden and laundry. There is also a large alarmed shed for storing bikes, canoes, golf clubs, etc, and a south-east facing Summer House for al fresco breakfast in the summer.

In the garden there are three patios with seating, one east facing which gets the morning sun and two which are west facing. There is also a ginger kitten and yellow labrador.

There are two bathrooms, one each on the 1st and 2nd floors, and a toilet on the ground floor.

Rent includes all bills including Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, Wireless internet, and a cleaner, Mrs Wade, who comes each Tuesday to make the house spick and span.

The house is 200 metres from the Hagley Road and thus close to many bus routes into the city centre. It is a15 minute bus journey into the city centre, or 20 minutes if walking.
