The room has it's own bathroom which is not technically ensuite (across the corridoor) but would be your own bathroom. The shared living space is relatively large, bright and open. The flat is walkable distance from all universities, as well as to the city centre itself and Colmore Row and Mailbox business areas, so ideal for either a mature / postgrad student or professional. The building has an underground car park which has parking spots available at £100 a month.

I am a mature student about to study for one year at Aston University before returning to work, so I am open to sharing with a mature or postgrad student or a professional. I have a range of interests but espically like socialising and watching Formula 1 (go Lando!).
