I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in the next few weeks. Looking for someone clean, respectful and friendly to share the flat with.
Room available to rent early April - Bills are currently being resorted to new plans, I currently pay £50 a month so hoping for it to be a similar price.

Flat is located a few minutes from the mailbox so easily accessible to town in a 10/15 minute walk.

The rent is £625 every month with additional bills to pay. The room is well furnished with ceiling to floor windows, although the possibility of having to organise a new bed as the current tenant paid for theirs.
Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. The flat also has a long balcony going across the whole side of the flat.
Contract is till early September but with the chance to extend if you are looking for a longer let.

Im looking for someone that's clean, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. Preferably another student with shared interests and living styles.
