Hi,
I am looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy. I currently share a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with a girl in her 20s - she is a young professional.

The en suite room is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

I currently have put my own desk in the room so if you would like to keep it you can have it for £25.

Rent is £500 a month, Bills are not included you will share bills; wifi, water, electricity and council tax.

Bills are approx £200 each.
